G'day! So, I've always liked the Godfather movie and been fascinated with everything to do with the mafia, and I guess the name just resonated with me. That's the story behind my nickname, 'the Godfather'.

My signature style is that I make the cooking look super easy, so everyone can have the confidence to cook the same food at home. My main goal for viewers is to have a place where they can search any recipe they want to cook at home, and I will have it for people to cook.

Inspiration

The movie Chef with Jon Favreau inspired me to cook and put myself out there. That's what inspired me to start Godfather Smokers, and I hope to achieve cooking restaurant quality food at home.
